another question

hi everyone I have another question when I booked the hotel I forgot to tell them it was Richards birthday should I call back and let them note it ? should I wait until we get up there or when I fax a request three days before let them know on the fax ?

thanks and I am sorry if I am asking too many dumb questions and I really hate being a pain
