Dieting
Does anyone even try to diet before going to WDW or are you reeeally reeeally smart and say faggedaboudit? I wish I was smart too but I'm dropping a couple of lbs but I don't know for how much longer after looking at your posts with food pictures!

I am not dieting.. but I do watch what I eat. When at Disney, I order what I want... BUT I never eat all of it. I drink a lot of water.. that keeps you hydrated and full. I did WW @ 6 years ago and lost a ton of baby weight. It seems like once I took it off.. I have kept off almost all of it. Eating sensible is the right choice even when vacationing... if you don't it will be really hard to get back on track.. just my few cents.

I try and go under weight before I go so I can afford to put on those Disney pounds on or otherwise whilst on vacation I alternate my days with one day healthy eating and the next day eat what I want. Works for me :)

We don't diet prior to going, but we do not change are eating habits much while we are there (o.k. ice cream 2 or 3 times in the week). We are not big on deserts (never were), and with all of the additional walking we do, our weight does not really change.

Yes we find the additional walking really helps plus DD and I swim every morning really early- pool to ourselves bliss- and so we stay pretty much the same thankfully.

I'm always dieting, but usually toss that to the winds when I go to Disney. The last time, I ate what I wanted and came home lighter than I was when I went! If I could only manage to live at the Wilderness Cabins....hmmm...
