I have to go with the first villian I remember....Lady Tremain! She is so creepy..even to this day when I see her in Cinderella it gives me the heeby jeebies!

I voted for the evil queen, however. In terms of sheer nastiness I think that bit where she's in the dungeons, and passes by this skeleton of a person who has apparently died reaching desperately for a cup/bowl placed just out of reach, and laughs, cackling "Thirsty?" is pretty much hands-down one of the creepiest scenes in any Disney film I've seen. |

Mind you, I think the acting (as Cubby just pointed out to me) that Eleanor Audley brought to Lady Tremaine and to Maleficent (she did both) makes them a bit better as characters...
