Stitches Great Escape

Is this a "hit" or a "don't bother"? The way we're planning our days it appears that this one can be blown off the itinerary, but what do you think? My kids are 16 and 14. Also, what about the Laugh Floor? I'm asking because we didn't get to see a lot of shows last year and we're going to be making up for it this year, but if the above mentioned shows are stupid I'd rather repeat the Mountains.

Re: Stitches Great Escape

It's a "been there, did that and don't need to do it again" attraction to me. Try it once and be done with it. I haven't been on it since the first year it opened. It's not worth doing twice in my opinion.

Re: Stitches Great Escape

I have to agree with Dana. There was no wait for it on my last trip, so I don't regret it. But, I don't recommend waiting a long time for it. (Now, if it was still Alien Encounter, it would be a different story.)

16 & 14.. I would say.. do stitch if you have time.. but do not fret if you miss it. I was not impressed at all. We are trying laugh floor this visit.

Re: Stitches Great Escape

It is extremely similar to alien encounter to me. And although I am a big stitch fan, I have to agree it's a do once, but not again attraction. Also FYI, the lines into Stitch have always been short the last two times I was there, so you don't have to waste too much time on it.

Worth doing. Not worth long wait.

Laugh floor is pretty cool. Just saw it Sunday night and helped fill the cylinder.

If you can fit it in and the wait is short .... do it. If not don't worry that you missed anything tremendous. I wouldn't choose it over one of the mountains.

I'd have to agree. Alien Encounter was definitely something to experience but somehow with Stitch there was something lost. I've done it once and haven't felt the need to go on it again.

I have to agree also. If you can walk in, check it out. Otherwise, don't bother. We've seen it and don't care if we do again.

Haven't seen Laugh Floor yet -- looking forward to it in, oh...about 9 days!

WE did AE and thought Stitches Great Escape would be alot like it so we never did it and it sounds like it should be a filler if time permits

Re: Stitches Great Escape

Your kids may not get much out of it, being as old as they are. My son, who is 8 loves it, but he is 8, anything involving burps are a blast to him.

For us we did it once and won't do it again. My DS said he didn't want to waste time on it again.
