I don't spreadsheet. I do mine as a day planner. For things I need to spreadsheet, I'll just draw a grid on some paper and work it that way then when finished, enter into the day planner.

I recently started using the Unofficial Guide's Planner at TouringPlans.com - Plans which save you time and effort It's pretty thorough.

JustaT-If it isn't a huge issue, I would love to take a look at your spreadsheet, also. (That sounds a little...you know).If it is a big, deal, nevermind, we have a sort of dayplanner thing going on, but I am always up for new planning tools. Thanks!!

My DW uses 3x5 index cards. It allows her to arrange everything she wants to do and re-arrange everything she wants to do...take out stuff that isn't a priority when time needs to be freed up. Then she can add times, dates, notes, phone numbers, and reservation information.
When we are WDW she just grabs the stack for the day. She has all the information she needs at her finger tips. (She keeps it all in a small 3x5 envelope recipe holder)
