Oh thye cant get rid of Carousel of progress!! It is one of the few really "Disney" attractions left!!:(

I signed it .. I was really disappointed to find out that COP wont be open while we are there in April :( all the rides have different memories for me and my family The COP was where my youngest granddaughter discovered "Rat Race" .. she was only 3 when those words stuck in her head ..and for 2 years after she was always having imaginary "rat races' with mickey, minnie and all sorts of disney charactors ..she even imagined someone besides her self winning :)

Good news. I read somewhere today that CoP was open on Monday (April 1, 2002), the really busy day, and it was supposed to close at 5 PM, but it didn't close until after 10 PM, and was full all day long. Hopefully Disney will take notice, but they may just attribute it to the fact that everything else was packed.
