I think I have everything planned for our upcoming trip to the Poly!!!! Just wondering what you all think of my plans.

Now, I'm not committed to keeping every second of the day in check. I just like to have an outline/plan to follow. We really are a flexible bunch. I just feel better knowing I have a plan in place. (Cause usually no one can ever decide on what to do anyway) The only thing we usually always stick to is our ADRs....that we do agree on.

Well here goes:

Day 1
arrive at Poly around 2pm
hang out at resort
7pm ADR at Wolfgang Puck Cafe
Shop at DTD

Day 2
7am-9am Boys Guided Fishing Excursion (DH's Fathers Day Gift)
9:30am Breakfast ADR at Ohana
Free Day to swim at Pool/Resort Hop
7pm Dinner ADR Ohana
Thought we would catch EWP and Wishes from the beach before bed

Day 3
Magic Kingdom Day
Probably grab lunch at Cosmic Rays
afternoon break/swim at the Poly
7pm ADR at Liberty Tree Tavern (Character dinner)

Day 4
Blizzard Beach Day
7:15 ADR at the Hoop Dee Doo!!!

Day 5
Epcot Day
Probably grab breakfast at Sunshine Seasons and grab a fast pass for Soarin
snack at Krigla Bakeri (Must have School Bread & Cloudberry Horn)
Wander around the World Showcase
7pm ADR Coral Reef
Hop to MK for SpectroMagic (Hope we can make it in time)

Day 6
Typhoon Lagoon Day
7pm ADR Yachtsman

Day 7
Animal Kingdom Day
7pm ADR Kona (We really wanted Teppanyaki, but its closed for refurbishing)

Day 8
Disney Quest/DTD Day
More shopping
Lunch at WGP Express
Rent Sea Raycers
Swim
7pm ADR Kona

Day 9
Sleep in day
MGM Day/Afternoon
7pm ADR Mama Melrose
Fantastmic

Day 10
Undecided day (Probably Epcot or Magic Kingdom...or both!)
6pm ADR Le Cellier

Day 11
Sad day of departure

Well there it is. I will gladly take any suggestions, tips or feedback from all my friends here at MB. I'm excited to know what you think.

Sounds to me like you are going to have a great action packed trip. I especially love the Fishing Excursion. That is definitely something different!

Someone after my own heart . I always have a schedule in place just for the sake of having one, whether we follow it or not !! You are right about the ADR's, those we tend to stick to.

Looks like we'll be there at the same time...just different resorts.

kona 2 nights in a row? should I rethink my plans and add it?! lol! i think you have some great plans - can't wait for those pics!!

I know...we really are excited about Kona. They have so many great things. Originally we wanted to go to Teppanyaki...I kept waiting for an update that it was to reopen and I could change one of the ADRs...but no such luck. But, we have no problems going to Kona twice!

I thought about Chef Mickeys....but I wasn't convinced the boys would like it better than Kona. I think I would like to go there for their breakfast buffet though. Any thoughts?

Your plans sound great! I always have to have a basic plan in place too! It makes me feel better because it gives us direction on vacation-otherwise we're just going all over the place . We are flexible, but we do stick with ADRs.

wow, y'all are alot stronger than me. day 3 for magic kingdom??!! i check in the hotel, unpack, if necessary grab something to eat and then run rear end over tea kettle to MK.

You give me too much credit! I am not that strong!

We usually hit MK the first full day too....but this trip I just added an extra day last month when the boys wanted to get the fishing excursion for their dad for Father's day. Since I had snagged great ADR times for all the restaurants we wanted, I was FORCED to add the extra day, which bumped MK to day 3, or in this case, our second full day.

There is no better way to start your day, than at MK!

Your plans look excellent. You have an idea of what you would like to do, places to eat, and it's not to commando. It should be a magically relaxing trip. perfect to me.

oh yeah, your plans are so awesome! i had forgotten about it - you have kona 2 nights. unless....did you change that?

I can't wait for pics from there and lecellier and WPC and......ok, all of them!!

We really wanted to go to Kona, but were waiting to see if Teppan Edo opened early to try to get an ADR there. No such luck! I scheduled 2 ADRs there just in case I needed to cancel one. I don't think anyone will care, they have so much on their menu we like anyway.

i really wish we were eating there this trip. i also realy wanted WPC. if your reviews are superb, and pics too, then DH may want to change our Maya Grill adr. (not even sure we could get into either of these at this point, tho). He really wants to go to Maya - for several reasons - mainly the mixed grill. but also because its never talked about & he thinks it'll be a hidden gem kinda experience. I hope so, but really wanted those other 2!!!
