y'all have been super lucky w/ the disney trips this year!! i need to hook up w/ you for budgeting plans actually, trying to book a last minute trip to go the week before thanksgiving or the week of thanksgiving....... i may see ya there if i can pull it off. wouldn't that be funny? both from jersey and we run into each other 1,000 miles away, lolol i think dopey is going the week before thanksgiving too

Hey Wish, glad you've gotten to extend your plans. sorry MVMCP still won't work for you. We're tentatively planning it on the 16th. Supposed to arrive about 1 p.m. that day. I'm sure the thinking on it the rest of TG week is it wouldn't be fair to the many of 1,000's more guests to shut down MK so early on such a crowded week. (although I'm with you, I expect the crowds to be manageable. They were for us 3 years ago, you just need a plan. Don't expect they'll be as bad as summer crowds, and the weather will be so much more bearable).

Looks like our paths could cross Saturday, Monday, and Friday. I'll whistle "When you Wish Upon a Star" when I pass you. (may not be able to hit the high notes, though!)

They told me "lunch at Columbia House" which is GREAT b/c both Daniel and I REALLY love the tuna sandwiches & soup.

We're staying at SSR, this is all that was available when we called, ALTHOUGH, we are on the waitlist for EVERYWHERE else. We have been really lucky the past 2 years. I actually thought about it yesterday and in the past 2 years I've been on 6 Disney trips, 2 of which being Disneyland. When we signed up for DVC somehow we ended up with double the amount of points for one use year so we REALLY lived it up the past two years. Honestly, when you have your resort already paid for, & already have an annual pass, REALLY it didn't ever end up costing us too much out of pocket!

Anyway, the points are finally catching up to me so we'll most likely be down to our "normal" 7 night trip during one part of the year and a small 3 night trip at some other point during any given year.

Yes, please feel free to make yourself known! People have a tendency to recognize Daniel before me so keep an eye out. Although, I think LoveMySons said she recognized me first on the "people mover" so we'll have to ask her what to look out for when stalking me.
