Re: Disney tattoos

I got my first tattoo just under a month ago...a kind of "tribal" dolphin design above my left ankle. Not Disney, but I love it!

I am planning for my next tattoo: something to represent my daughter Alice, and what better than something from Alice in Wonderland? I picked out one of the flowers from the movie that I'm going to have tattooed most likely between my shoulderblades. I will try to post a picture of it sometime to give you an idea!

Re: Disney tattoos

You would think that between my obsession with Disney and my obsession w/ tatts I would have a Disney tattoo. I don't really care for character tattoos, but I am actually really starting to like the Disney ones. So, I am thinking about getting a mickey head on my wrist, or behind my ear. I don't know. Just the outline tho. And super small!

Re: Disney tattoos

Silly story, the kids and I were coloring eggs on Friday night. We bought a kit that came with Disney tattoos for the eggs. When we were finished, we all put one on ourselves. So, I have a temporary Mickey tattoo on my ankle just for fun. He looks so cute there. I would actually consider having a little Mickey somewhere, except I think I am a little old for it now. My rebellious days are behind me.

I hope you get the courage to get yours however.

You are never too old.

My friend is probably going to do my tattoo late April, after my Reno Trip.

Will do! I am not on my computer, but when I get home this evening I will post a pic. I should have taken the pic sooner as it is starting to come off. It's still cute though.

I guess not, I just think it is something I might have done in my younger days. If I do it now, people will think I'm having a mid-life crisis or something.

I'd love to see pics of other tattoos though. I thought someone here had a cool castle tattoo. I know someone had gotten Cheshire cat not that long ago.

Let's see 'em folks.

Don't ya hate it when you run out of $$$ for a tattoo? I'm not done with my back one either but I love how yours sounds

It's funny that none of my 4 tattoos are Disney...[sigh] I think I'm going to have to correct that oversight.

It's definitely not like getting a shot...because they use lots of needles, even for the outlining. So it feels a little odd...if you've ever had PT and they've use the electrical stim on you it's kind of like that (if you turn the stim up). Personally I think it hurts worse when it's done (because it feels like a burn) than when they're working on it. But that's just me and I have a good pain tolerance.
