Two thumbs up for a dining line CM
Just had a WONDERFUL experience with a CM on the dining line. I've called about 2 doz. times looking for a lunch at Coral Reef on Nov 27. Nope, the whole day is booked, (repeat 2 doz times) I called today because I thought it was weird that there were openings on the 26 and 28, maybe the resturant was closed for that one day???? Well, this CM, Donna, checks and says "no, if it was booked for a private party or something we would have a notation." I told her my story and she replies, "let me check something......I have an idea, but if you think it's dumb, feel free to say so...." Well, her idea (which worked) was to check for Christmas Processional packages. They had openings for lunch on the 27th...yea!!!!! It's covered with the dining plan so we are not paying anything extra for it. I was so happy with Donna and her work. I asked if there was a supervisor around and she switched me to a compliment line. I hope I was understood on the recording. I'm thinking I should write by snail mail too for her...Just so happy that some one went the extra mile and found a lunch spot for us.

Congrats to you jo-jo. I know how badly you have been trying to get that ADr....it's nice when you encounter a wonderful CM. Do send in a letter of compliment. It's always a great thing to hear something nice in a sea of complaints.

Yes, you should write a letter as well, people always take the time to complain, they rarely think to compliment a job well done!

Excellent news, congratulations! I had a truly magical experience on our Christmas trip in 05, I sent a complimentary email and I received a phone call in return. Like lovemysons says, people don't take the time to give kudos but they will take the time to complain. Enjoy your lunch. Lynn
