Is aything on earth slower than Photopass

I read approximately three weeks ago about some members pre buying a photopass CD for about $90. and this was good for a large number of photos and they were yours to keep in it's entirety taking the disk home with you.
I then called Disney and got connected with the photopass office and got a recording that they were experiencing heavy volume because of the Holidays
and that they should be contacted by their website, so I tried that to purchase the CD. I them received a form letter reply thet they were busy and would contact me within a week. After a week I tried calling again and got the same message twice more. Now it has been two weeks and still nothing. I leave in 4 days and I suppose if I want the CD I'll have to purchase it at the parks at full price which is approx. $25 more.Anyone else have this problem contacting photopass?

I've only ever dealth with the website, and had no problems. Is there a reason why you don't want to just order it through the website?

Yikes, I am sorry you're having trouble with this. I would try, TODAY, the website again. They've got to be done with the holiday business by now.

None whatsover except the I don't remember finding a place to order thet particular item. It seemed to only have ordering photos from existing photopasses.

I pre ordered my photo pass cd online as well. They will give you a number code, then you apply that to your actual purchase when you return from your trip.

I've only ordered pictures from the website and they came the same week I ordered them. I hope you get it taken care of.

This is awesome, thanks so much! I was planning on paying for it at the parks but this is definitely a better deal.
