So how will this work with DDP?

Okay so my sister works in the ER and is unable to get off of work to leave when we do in November. We arrive on Saturday Nov. 22 she will be flying in on Monday Nov. 24. She also may have to leave a day early, Friday Nov. 28 versus Saturday Nov. 29. We are renting points for SSR. So how will we do this?? Can we still get DDP? Will our DVC member just let them know that one member of the party will not be arriving until later and leaving early? How will this work?

Everyone in the room has to get the Dining Plan for the same number of nights. That's what I was told.

She's right. We are renting points as well and we added the dining plan and the cost is contingent upon number of people time number of nights. So if someone is coming in and leaving early you still have to pay for that persons dining plan as if they were staying the entire time. The good news is you can pool her points. Even though she'll be gone her points will still be there to use so you could add a nicer dinner or a dinner show or something.

Yup...it's true. Each person staying must be on the DDP for the same amount of nights. You can pay for DS and use her credits for a signature meal...that may work.
