Jacko at Epcot - who have you spotted?
I was watching Entertainment Tonight last night. They showed amateur video of Michael Jackson and his kids at Disney World. I didn't really care to seem him, but I got really excited to get a glimpse of EPCOT! He was wandering with a HUGE enterage near Innoventions. He had an umbrella and his kids were wearing head wraps (but no masks). With the umbrella, I wonder if he was ever mistaken for Mary Poppins (sorry, Mary, bad joke!)
Five years ago while at MK, we saw Lonnie Anderson and her son. It was HOT as HECK and she was in jeans, a jean jacket and HUGE high heels! She must have been miserable. Of course, she had a personal guide and didn't have to wait in lines! So, has anybody else spotted celebrities at the parks? Any good dish? |

We also saw Anne Murray eating a hotdog at Pleasure Island. They had red ropes around her, she was on a "dinner" break while filming a Disney special.
And we saw Weird Al also at PI How could we have forgotten these two!

I went to a 2001 Robby Benson performance of the candlelight Processional, and 10 feet away in the row in front of me was Bruce Jenner and his family and Mary Lou Retton and her family. After the first couple of minutes it became highly distracting to see them. That was my least favorite performance of the Candlelight Processional.

LOL We were in the MK and on Main St. when I ran into Michael Boatman (From the TV shows Spin City and HBO's Arli$$). Said hello to him and shook hands with him. He was very pleasant and friendly!:)

A Disney CM once told me that when they are "on-stage",so to speak, they are NOT allowed to approach a celebrity. If they do and are caught they are fired. I was told that the Disney management wants the celebrity to be left alone and not bothered. I think that's terrible!!:( :(

Got a funny one about my MIL. She was at a pre-opening cocktail party for one of the events. This man came up to her and talked and talked and talked. She told us he had big hair, which she could tell was a toupee, and kept touching it, even though it didn't move. She kept trying to get away from him, since she thought he was rather pompous, but he kept bumping into her. We asked if she remembered his name, and she said "William something... William Shafner."
We still joke about her not getting the name right (it was indeed William Shatner - he's in one of her pictures from that night). She has no clue who he was.

We were there once when they were filming an episode of Family Matters. They had an area roped of by the Rivers of America and we were videotaping. A couple of the Cast Members waved at the camera for us.
Not quite "A" list but kinda cool.

dont laugh please but my husband was in the bathroom at P.I one time with one of the 4 tops .. people were actually asking the poor man for his autograph in the bathroom sheesh .. and we saw Dennis Wilson ( just in case anyone wonders he is a Beach Boy) headed in to Epcot as we were leaving one evening. Also at the Crystal Palace one night at supper .. the table right behind where DH was sitting sat Stone Phillips from NBC's Dateline, I actually have him on video tape. ohh and back when they were filming Thunder In Paradise we saw Hulk Hogun (spelling?) I aint a wrestling fan ...but I did like thunder in paradise because they always showed pieces of WDW !!!
