Hey, go for it. It was very simple. Just get lots of paper, then I got the punch with mickey head - I actually got the little one at Downtown Disney and the larger one at Michaels when I got home. The punch pieces I glued using rubber cement - with a toothpick. put the cement on a piece of paper and used the toothpick to put it on. Stickers mostly from Michaels and walmart! and like I said cut up brochures............ It just takes time.

Fantastic job!!

It does take a lot of time to do . . . but the end results are so great!!

I scrapbooked my first DDs first 3 years of life . . . then I got lazy and bought the books you just slot in the pics!! (shame on me!) She does LOVE to look at the scrapbooked ones!!

I have 33 books pf pics you "just slot them in" I will NOT be scrapbooking any or those books!

But I did my son's wedding last October, our beach trip a few years ago, my trip to Arizona in 2006, a misc album and I'm doing an "old book" I have some old pictures and then some I copied from relatives and had made. I'm doing all those pictures on black paper and using the white tabs to make them like the old albums. I'm putting the obituaries from the papers from grandparents I have, making it like a keepsake album. It's coming along. But I am NOT cutting any of my old pictures. I have a few originals of DH great grandmother when she was about 18.

Your book is INCREDIBLE!!!!!! I wish I had the time to do a full scrapbook. God knows I have the supplies to do it! Even that adorable Mickey Head Punch!

yes, that's the problem. It takes ALOT of time. That is why I just got mine done for my November trip!

I always say I will scrapbook a trip and it just never happens when I get home! I did one of my and my bfs first holiday in Spain but it was very very way to very simple! I love the simplcity of your pages though and will be steeling the 'hats of the world' idea I think!! Fantastic!

I think I would have to sign up for an hour a week workshop at a scrapbooking store and do one or two pages each visit. If I was signed up for a workshop like that I could probably get it all done. Otherwise I would get too distracted.

Your pages are great and I envy your dedication to getting it done. Mine don't even make it off the computer. I thought about doing some digital scrapping, where you print out the whole page. I have also considered turning them into a photo book like the ones on the Photo pass web site.

True confession time......I have a BILLION pictures (mostly beginning when my 1st DD was born- FOUR YEARS AGO) that I have never put in a photo album OR scrapbook

!!!! I have had all the intentions to do a scrapbook (and still do) from day one

You have inspired me to get things organized......where do I start

I ordered one once from Snapfish.com for my DH family reunion. They do an auction to raise money for the reunion. It made a great gift!
