I have also used the CM 7x7 books for my kids. I simply take my pages, no album, and a safe marker. I ask the characters to sign in the corner so we can add their picture later. When I get home, I add the pictures and a few embellishments. It's neat to see the kids grow up through these pics.

Also, I never get an autograph twice. My oldest got Mickey on our first trip, so we don't get Mickey's autograph again for her book. That way, no one is repeated, and we just keep adding to the same album each time we go.

But, I know the books we are talking about with the red cover and the little black Mickey head in the corner are being discontinued soon. I already bought them for my twins!

I'm a bit of a scrapbook psycho, so I also carried the Round Tip Pens in a variety of colors. I just had to match the characters! I took photos of the children getting autographs and with the characters (of course!). I allowed characters to sign all pages, and encouraged them to share a page if they were going to be in the same photo. When I returned home and got my photos back, I inserted extra pages into the album between the autographed pages. That way I could put the character's photo on the page facing the autograph. I added some enhancements and a page protector and called it done!

BTW, CM is coming out with a completely new line of Disney stuff on June 1, and it's adorable!!!

Then the next time... I bought a colored mat paper pack- primary colors. Took 1 black sharpie! Had them sign on the page that I thought would most likely go with the colors of the day and the picture- Then, I would tear those that were written on out at night- and start all over again- Saved me a TON because they were able to be incorporated into a 12x12! I LOVE your pages! They are awesome!!!!!!!!

I did this once as well, but I just brought the pages and then assembled the book later when I had the pictures! My kids to look at them.

Your pages are beautiful! I know your kids love to look back and remember your trips this way. Our kids just love looking at our scrapbooks. They'd really love it if we put character's autographs in them too!

Those are amazing. Great job! Unfortunately, I never began the autograph book when the kids were little and now I really wish I had. I have some of the cutest character photographs and would love to have the autographs to go with them.
