Disney Scrapbook

While we're at WDW I'll be looking for a 12"x12" Disney scrapbook for all the pictures I'll be taking. Where will be the best place for me to look?

Keep in mind we'll be staying on the property and using Disney transportation (no rental car).

Thanks!

My DW is really big into scrapbooking. I know that while we stayed at POR recently there were some albums in the General Store. I would imagine that most of the resort stores would have supplies. If not Downtown Disney (DTD) most definitely does. You can take Disney transportation to DTD.

Hello
I believe that there is a store devoted to scrapbooking in DTD. Have fun!:)

I have seen scrapbook supplies at most resorts. The store in DTD has lots more stuff to choose from. I picked up my book at DTD. They have several options.

There is a store at Downtown Disney called Reading & Writing (not sure if that is the exact name but it's close). It is across from the Once Upon a Toy Store. Half of the store is devoted to scrapbooking and even has a make and take area where you can crop and buy single sheets and stickers and I think die cuts. I know they have 12X12 albums, pages etc... I personally love the Creative Memories albums and did a red one. I bought my stickers at DTD and also some at Garden Ridge. I'd like to have WDW embossed on the cover.

The store at DTD is called "Disneys World of Memories".
Also, my DW was able to sniff out scrapbook supplies at almost every single shop. Looked as if every shop in the entire World had at least a small section with some scrapbooking supplies.

Thanks everyone! I can't wait. Disney's World of Memories wouldn't happen to be anywhere near Disney Quest? Just thinking of what the boys & DH could be doing while I'm shopping.

I've bought some Disney stickers and paper at Hobby Lobby (I watch for their 1/2 price sales) and I've paper pieced several characters. I just want an album that isn't just a plain color.

I Love the Creative Memories albums also. I'm buying the red one to do my Disney Memories in. My sister is a Creative Memory consultant, and has done it for several years now, so I try to buy as much as I can from her. I was so excited a few weeks ago during National Scrapbook Day. I didn't realize that Creative Memories had all the Disney stuff until that day!... I loaded up! It was Great!! :) :)

World of Memories is in the Marketplace section - DisneyQuest is about a half mile down on West Side.

If you want to keep the boys close, send them down the end of Marketplace to the Legos store - my guys can easily kill an hour or two there.

If you want to loose them four three or four hours, send them on down to DQ and enjoy the World of Disney, too. :D

The Legos store works too. I'll just play it by ear and see what they want to do.

Thanks!

I have questions about scrapbooking since i am just starting out scrapbooking do any of you use the plastic cover pages is it a must to use that or can you just keep the pages in a binder without the clear plastic pages that they sell

I always use the clear page protectors because of the little hands that look at my albums. My DD loves to look at them over and over! So, for me it is a must!

I do the same thing as Dab. I prefer my pages to be open, since I'm big into texture, but they get ruined quickly since kinds find them to be so 'touchable.' Now everything is sleeved.
