Anyone done the Ft. Wilderness Segway Tour?
While we all know that Bella has brought to our attention the great Epcot Segway Tour, and I was hot to do it...looking at the list of tours, I also found a Ft. Wilderness Segway Tour...does anyone have experience with this? I was wanting to send my DH on a tour as a surprise thank you for the great trip (he extended us from 8 to 12 Days!!) and I thought this might be cooler ...and he is the outdoorsy type...loves nature and is dying to try out a Segway!
Any advice? I will book him on the Epcot Segway Tour unless I hear great things about this one...thanks! Michelle

My DH just did the FW tour and loved it. He said the Epcot tour was cooler because they got to zip around WS before it opened to the public but the FW tour was fun because they got to do so much more. They only trained for 30 minutes and had the other 90 minutes to tour around. That may have been because everyone in his group had done the tour before but he said they got a lot more actual SegWay time in. They rode the trail to WL and back plus all around FW.

Our guide raved about the WL tour and said we should do that next. Apparently the Segways have huge wheels.

We booked the Segway Tour at Ft Wilderness when we go in November. I can't wait to do it, it looks like so much fun.
