WDW website

Ok, I've been trying to plan a trip for several days now and am having the same problem over and over. I'm not sure if it's their website, or my computer. Is anyone else having trouble with the Disney website? Tinkerbell just keeps flying around and then it goes back to the same screen I was on. At first it always hung up on the airline part, now it hangs up on the ticket option part. I really wanted to quote it through their website since I get 6 months no interest with my Disney Visa. So frustrating to finally be planning a trip and can't get the website to cooperate!

Re: WDW website

I have noticed that I cannot do anything on that website with my browser. I use Opera. The WDW website only works if I use Internet Explorer.

Re: WDW website

Jane,

I just logged on to the WDW site and it seems to be ok. Perhaps it was just a really busy time when you tried before.

Good luck and happy planning!!

Re: WDW website

Didn't work for me a few days ago until I downloaded Internet Explorer 7. And then re-installed Adobe Flash. Everything is working fine again!

Re: WDW website

It works for me and I have a Mac with Safari OS. Maybe it was the site at that time.

Re: WDW website

See, I have Internet Explorer and Adobe Flash installed, but I've been having the same problem for a week. Still had it earlier today. I'm afraid it's my computer and that it's about to crash again. I'm backing up all my pictures to CD at this moment, just in case.

I had IE, too, but not the updated version. I only had IE 6 on my computer which wouldn't allow me to download the updated version of Adobe Flash. Went on for weeks thinking my computer was going bad. Now it works fine.

Re: WDW website

I spent the weekend creating trips I will never take and I didn't have any problems. However, I never tried to do anything with the airline button.
