Yipes...I love this site and the people are great but...The abbreviations used drive me looney. I know WDW pretty well, definately not as good as some here, but it is very difficult and frustrating, at least for me, to always try to figure out the abbreviations in the posts. I do not want to offend absolutely anyone but maybe something can be done to scan the posts and have a link added to each known abbreviation thats tells what it is ! Pretty suffisticated technology but... Mickey ?

I know how you feel sometime Grinner! lol Infact, just yesterday I came across an Acronym I didn't know of, I spent minutes trying to figure what ride this person was talking about. I never did figure it out! lol. I wish I could remember what that abbreviation was now.... lol. But like Anne said, after a while you get the swing of it and you dont even have to think about some of them anymore once you see them.

I agree with you, Grinner, the acronyms used here can be frustrating. Simple ones like WDW and MK are fine but I still stumble over stuff like MNSSHP (Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party) or MVMCP (Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party). Again, at the risk of offending people, these kinds of shortcuts just slow down the reader. And the time saved by using the acronyms rather than actually spelling out the words is what, maybe 5 or 10 seconds?

Of course, FWIW everything I've said here is IMHO, but TIA for listening. Grinner, I HTH state your case because IIRC, this is exactly what has you DARFC. IYSWIM, it's best to just KISS.

BTW, I hope everyone who reads this is has a VBS and is ROFL.
