Disney resort coming to Maryland
Disney plans hotel resort in Md. | Richmond Times-Dispatch
I heard rumors that this would be a theme park, but alas, it's a resort.

Weather in that area would not be conducive to a year-round theme park; would be nice though.

Thanks for posting this. Somehow, I completely missed the hotel being built in Hawaii. Now I'm searching for everything I can find out about it. Talk about a great way to vacation in Hawaii!
