Meet & Greet Part III

Okay folks...this is it! Please only vote if you can actually make it on these dates so I can get an accurate count of how many can do it. This does not lock you into a reservation, but will determine the final weekend that we want to schedule the meet for.

These prices are very reasonable, but do not include $10 fees and the taxes. Taxes are 12% for All-Stars and 11 1/2% for CB. We do not necessarily have to stay at these particular resorts, but will give you an idea of the cost. I think we can do one more poll after this one to determine which resort would be more of interest.

We will need to book at least 10 rooms to get these prices.

Thanks to Mickey for helping us with this. He is doing this for us at a discount which always helps.

I'm assuming you mean 2004 for both the Feb and Oct dates,right?

Yes, Mickaholic...these are for 2004. If all goes well, we'll do one in 2005 that maybe more folks with kids in school could attend.

Which weekend is Presidents day weekend? I know i get a 3 day weekend then, yet it maybe more crowded then. I haven't voted yet, because I could pretty much make it to any of those dates. My first impulse was to vote for the first weekend. I'll take a look and see what would work. I know that soccer/hockey (which ever my son decides to do) will be around both those dates, so we'd just have to miss a game. I'll vote soon!!

OK, I didn't vote (don't throw stones yet!!!), because I can basically make plans to come ANY of those weekends! I definitely want to go in February, but I would LOVE to be there 10/15-10/18, too...it's my 21st birthday on the 17th...whoo hoo!!! (OK, so I'm off by 10 years, who's counting?!?:whistle: ) But any weekend you decide is fine by me...and the prices are GREAT!!! I would rather stay at CB or better...but we can vote on that when the dates are confirmed!!!

I am excited!!!!! Let's make the plans soon!!!! Everyone, GET YOUR VOTE ON!!!! :p
