Hi Guys,
I thought I would let you know, that I have just returned from a 3 week holiday to WDW, beforehand worrying endlessly about what I could and could not eat, as I was only 6lbs from my target weight. Well guess what? I just enjoyed myself, I did not worry about saving up points for this or that, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The damage I only put on 6lbs, which isn't that bad considering and I know that I can and will lose it again. So my advice, enjoy your vacation the most important part of all is getting back on track when you return home, and not putting it off until the next week or the week after that. I know you can all do it, I am still trying and I know that we will all succeed. Fi. |
