The Christmas tree in the GF is absolutely incredible it so huge you have to see it to believe it. The balls on the tree are bigger than an adults head. We took a picture in front of it of our 3 DS and made it our Christmas card that year. They also have a full size (that you could walk into) gingerbread house. Make sure you check out the resort decoration it really worth it.

Thanks for the tip Paula! I definitely planned on checking out the decorations at the GF! While were on the subject, what are some other "must see" resorts to go camera crazy on during the holidays?

Alexa1466,

The WL comes to mind it's beautiful. The Poly plants poinsetta among the tropical plantings it looks so cool. MGM with all the 40's cheesy decoration was different and I enjoyed them. I remember really loving all the differnt countries at Epcot and of course MK was very pretty. I didn't care too much for AK and I really didn't see many other resorts besides WL, Poly, GF, POR CR. The WL was very well done and unique while the GF was impressive. There are a few hotels missing (mine) I'm hoping it will be decorated early if not I'll enjoy the other Christmas decorations.

Yeah I found it!!!! I have to print it out and put it in my folder. I thought that they didnt start getting ready until after Thanksgiving. So I get the decorations without the Christmas crowds. Wonderful!!!!!

WOW ! Get to start my stay at the wilderness and half way through see all the christmas decorations. This is great. Thought it would closer to thanksgiving and I would miss them. This is really turning out to be the best timed vacation I've taken. New celebration, new firework show at MK, christmas decorations..woohoo!
