Me, my DH & DS are the same way. We are going to WDW in Feb 2004 but no exact date yet. We always start a count down calender as soon as the date is set. We are all Disney nuts so just other people outside the family think we're crazy. We have been collecting stuff and planning for an all Disney house some day. We don't own our own home yet but I can see in my head how I want it to be.:) I always get a Passporter book and my DS gets the Birnbaums Disney for Kids book. My DS is only 4 but he's becoming a Disney pro already. He asks if it's time to go again yet and keeps wanting me to pin trade with him. I've added blue ribbons to the packing list so we can look for DCers when we're there. :D

Oh my goodness, oh my stars, our trip to Disney isn't far!!!

:D I'm so giddy, I'm making up poems!! A month from today, I'll be throwing last-minute things into my suitcase, re-checking all of my important papers at least a million times, tapping my fingers impatiently on the counter at work, and doing the DISNEY DANCE!!!!

I'm so ready to be doing the Disney Dance NOW!!!! :D :D :D :D

I'm so glad you guys are getting all excited, too, because it helps keep me smiling--not that the thought of going to WDW isn't enough!!! ;) I can't wait to get away from rude customers, nagging parents, household chores... *sigh!* And do nothing, eat nothing, breathe nothing unless it's DISNEY for a whole WEEK!!!!

Yes, I can relate to all your excitement!! Yesterday my DH and I were driving in the car, he asked me a question, and I did not respond. Well, he said, "JoANN are you listening to me"? My response to him was, and I quote, "Please don't bother me now, I am in the Carousel of Progress"!! He laughed and said are you out yet, my answer was "NO, now I am headed for Main Street". Our next trip is scheduled for Nov. DH said we will probably get the airline tickets this week. Hope everything goes ok for us!!!

Soon as those tickets are purchased, I really get excited. One would think I've never been to DW, but we just love it there.

That is soooo great--you sound just like me! I'll constantly start quoting things and my non-Disney-obsessed friends (poor souls, I pity them) will have to ask, "What ride are you on now?" And roll their eyes at me.
But it's okay! :D Because all that matters is I'M GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!!!!

The countdown continues, we are getting to the under 30 day mark wooooooooohoooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!
we're going to disney world!!!!! yippeeyiayhhhhhhh!!!(sp?)

ok, I spent most of my day de-worming my computer what a nightmare that is!! only spent 49 minutes on the phone with comcast to fix it! oh well at least it is done!! now I can really concentrate on getting the kids back to school (another woohoo!)
and then I pack for our trip yeah!!!!

We've only got 30 Days to go before the World! :D :D

Wahooooooo!!!! I just love getting on here and getting so excited and freaking out and hyper ventilating and babbling and screaming....
My best friend is headed down to the Disney Store right now with a wad of hard-earned cash to buy our passes! :D

I'm already counting the days until I get paid again...Sept. 5th...because that's when I'll get to buy new clothes for WDW and then spend the rest on Disney Dollars!!!!!! And it'll only be about a week before we leave!!!!

I think that at all times there should be some thread on at DC where people can just vent their disney excitement.
