What do you miss more?

This ones a tough one, atleast for me. I have to say that I miss 2 rides more than any. The one I miss most would have to be Horizons. My second would be the original Journey into Imagination.

I voted for MSEP because that is one of my first memories from when my grandparents took me on vacation with them.

MSEP, without a doubt! I miss that so much it makes me want to cry. I believe that was the first time I truly felt Disney Magic. I just had goosebumps and was smiling like crazy...I think I was 6 at the time.

I listen to the music on my Disney Classics CD or watch our (old) videotape of the parade and totally feel 6 years old again.

Of course, I'm not really old enough to remember some of the other attractions, so I'm somewhat biased...but my second choice would be 20,000 Leagues.

A twinkle in an eye, the thrill of something new.
But then the dream began to grow and come alive.
Touching every one of us, lighting up the sky.
We share a magic day, we share enchanted nights
It's a neverending story and together we all find
It's been a part of me, it's been a part of you.
A part of growing up together
Sharing a dream come true.

I voted for other. I miss "If you had Wings" ride. This used to be where Buzz Lightyear is now. I can still hear the song. It is so corny, but I loved it.

I agree. Funny for some reason it is the biggest remembrance from my childhood visit to WDW.

I voted for 20,000 Leagues... this was my first ride ever at WDW in 1973. I remember being excited but scared all at the same time...that octopus/squid was so real looking!

I voted Main Street Electrical Parade. Even though spectromagic is amazing...nothing can beat the MSEP!! I have it on video and just hearing that music reminds me of all our past trips to the MK to see that parade. We went a few years back when they brought MSEP back for awhile...and it was so good to see it again!!!

I voted other. Since I grew up going to Disneyland, most of the rides that I miss are from there. My favorite ride as a child was the Adventure Thru Inner Space. I still remember sitting outside the ride, looking at the big microscope with all the little people getting smaller as they were shrunk down to start their journey. I was scared to death that they wouldn't make me larger (that, mixed with Mike TV from Willy Wonka, scarred my childhood).

It was a corny ride, but I loved it, and it would be great to go on again.

By the way, you can see the Electric Parade every night at California Adventure. Same music, same floats, different state.

:!: OMG:!: I was 8 when my aunt took me to DL! I remember standing in line thinking, "How are they doing that!" I was scared to death just like you! Wish I could do it again!

I would have to say at WDW I miss Horizons and the MSEP.

I voted 20,000 Leagues! I can remember being 5 or 6 and thinking it was REAL! I was scared but excited. The last time I went on it in 1994 I relived the whole thing and it was great!

I also miss Mr. Toad's Wild Ride because that is where DH kissed me for the first time when we started dating! :heart

Had to vote for 20,000 LUS sue to first ride I ever rode at Disney. 2nd vote would have been for Horizons. Everytime we go my DW talks about missing the orange smell.

I voted other because I really miss the Tapestry of Dreams parade at Epcot! Has anyone heard if they will be replacing it with another parade?

I voted other, too. What I really miss is "The Living Seas" at EPCOT. I don't mean the walk thru thing they have now (although it's nice). I mean the original "ride" that took you underwater.

Does anyone remember that? I really loved it.
