Peter Pan character CM

Over the WDW forums and message board, on the Internet, and on various usenet group, I have been hearing numerous stories about an outstanding Peter Pan who really gets into character and seems to go out of his way for the kids visiting WDW-- he has been known to spot certain children in crowds during parades and even remember kids that he had met a few years earlier!!! Perhaps the best story I can come up with can be found via http://groups.google.com -- the second post on the Cast Members Stories thread from rec.arts.disney.parks dated January 5, 2000. Would anyone here be able to locate this CM from the pics on the URL's below (if at all)?

The Peter pictured in the bottom link doesn't appear to be over 12! IIRC, the miminum age Disney hires for the character department is 16, so I guess he just looks young for his age! Either that, or he was actually a park guest dressed as Peter Pan to feel like he was part of the magic; much like the little girls dressed as Snow White or Cinderella you sometimes see in the park.

Also, here is another link to a story found on http://allearsnet.com . This story can be found on the main page, second article from the bottom.

I'm wondering if this is the same CM playing Peter that has been mentioned many times in charcter stories over the last 6-7 years on the Internet, or if it's just a big coincidence that the character (whether the same CM or not) that's been going out of their way to make the kids happy at WDW almost always happens to be Peter Pan? It is quite coinsidental to be the same character, BTW!

BTW, Peter Pan (1953) is not my favorite Disney film (I generally prefer the more comical-type cartoons, as I said in my first post-- Roger Rabbit's my favorite, FYI), but I would consider it to be one of the better Disney cartoons, IMHO. More importantly, of all the stories I have read on the Internet about children interacting with Disney characters in the parks, by far the most memorable are the ones about kids with Peter Pan-- particularly the Peter described above! Really is something for the younger kids who think that these CM's really are the characters! :)

It has been my experience that all of tehr characters go out of their way to try and make magical moments. Afterall that is part of their job description! Make the kids (Young and old) happy!

By the way I checked out the photos you posted, phots 4,5 and 6 are all the same CM as Peter Pan!:)

#3 is great! We have 2 photos with him and he was the one we met at CRT. He was a lot of fun at the b-fast and even crawled under tables and played tricks on Belle.

I have to disagree with you Matto, I think #4 and #5 are different than #3. Like Matto said, I think they all go out of their way to make magical moments.

I am guessing that y'all didn't get the first two links cause I sure didn't.... of the ones from WDWmagic, I think #3 & #4 (same guy) looks like Jason Biggs from American Pie...LOL!!!! #5 looks like he is about 12...

I have always had magical experiences with characters at WDW...I am sure they get evaluated for their performance...and would lose their job if they don't meet a certain criteria...

Enjoyed the pix...Wendy looks great in #3 & #4
