Hey guys! I have great news, apologies, and more great news to talk to you guys about! lol I'll start with the Apology. Im reallllly sorry I haven't been on DC as much lately, I had a boat load of school work, the very first week of school! UGH! lol. Well now I'm back and hopefully to stay! lol.
Now the 2nd topic! Before I tell everyone I'd like to say thank you to everyone that was on the DC chat last night for giving me thier support and Well Wishes! lol. I was invited this past week to go on a trip with my History and English teacher to.....Drum roll...lol... the United Kingdom and Ireland!!!! I am so happy and excited to share this great news with my fellow DC members! lol I will be gone a full 10 days over spring break in April next year. I added a countdown to my signature! lol. I feel so fortunate and blessed to be going on this trip. And I have just one more thing to say before I get out of your hair! lol. This is also my good bye post, since I will be leaving for the Night of Joy tomorrow!!! It hasnt sunk in yet that this time tomorrow night I will be inside the Magic Kingdom looking at Cindy's castle! lol. I still need to run out and get a disposable camera, when I get them developed I will ask for the picture kodak CD thing and I could post some pics of my trip on DC! Wow, that was a chalk full of info for one post! lol. I hope you all have a good night! And I'll be back on DC Sunday Night! Have a great weekend everyone! Joe:)

JOE!!! That is GREAT news!!!! I am so excited for you... I would love to visit the UK since that is where most of my bloodlines come from. Hey.... I would love to visit Night of Joy for that matter...LOL.... That is going to be such a wonderful opportunity for you...and we would love a Trip Report....;) Congrats!!!!

Thanks Mick for the kind words. You got me all excited when you said take a peak of Philharmagic, are they giving previews of the ride, like a soft opening? Or did you just want me to check out the construction site? lol- please oh please say they are having a soft opening! lol. This will fill in the void since BTM will be closed:cry: lol.

:D But it's okay, I'm not jealous or anything...;pinch: Have a GREAT time at Night of Joy--totally wish I could be there, too! But oh well, I've only got a week to wait for my trip.... :) And that is SO COOL about U.K./Ireland! You'll hafta tell us all about it, okay??? HAVE FUN!!!!!!

lol thanks Anne, mickaholic and Dznygrl! Gosh, I didnt expect this many replies so soon! lol. It goes to show how obsessed we all are with disney to be on DC at 9 on a friday night! lol. I cant wait until both trips. Anne, my bloodline on my dads side goes back to Ireland and Scotland, where are yours? I think Im from the McGinness clan or something, lol. LOL Mickaholic! I'll talk to my teachers for ya! I'll give you guys the full itinerary on Sudnay when I get back from the NoJ, but from what I recall I think its 2 days in Dublin Ireland, 1 day in Wales, 2 days in Edinburgh Scotland, and the last 3 in England I think.

Joe.... my bloodline is from William the Conquerer on one side and the other are Fitzgeralds, Finnegans, Gordons and Scotts....thus the reason for my #2 son's name Gordon. I wanted to use Fitzgerald but it didn't work well with my last name... LOL!!!!
