Very sad..Needed to just get this out!!

In the midst of all my excitement I have some very very sad news!! It makes me feel so sad!!

My daughter's teacher's (also taught my son as well) sister has been missing most of the summer....... Friday they found her body. Rebecca ( my daughter's teacher) is a very strong person and is handling it as best as can be expected!! However, her sister's kids are very small and are very confused!!! The father is the main suspect and this makes it all that much harder!!
Please send prayers and thoughts for this family and this innocent little ones for they still have a very tough road ahead!!

Thanks for listening, you guys are great!!! Lots of PIXIE dust needed!!!

That is very generous.... I just talked to the school and we have not decided what we are doing yet!! The church is going to start a collection for the children!!! I do not have specifics yet... I will let you know!!! Thanks again!!!:cry:

Being from Denver, we have been seeing this story unfold. The mother and children have been in our prayers for the past month. We, too, were saddened that the mother was not found alive. I am also saddened that this has hit so close to your family.

Unfortunately, the two were in the midst of a divorce and custody battle, and the divorce was to be final 1 week from her dissapearance. So the father still has the children!! The grandparents are trying to get temporary custody!!!!

I've been following this, too, & have personally suspected the husband all along. We'll see how it plays out. I found it interesting (from a amateur sleuth perspective) that when they found her body it was wrapped in plastic. That yells premeditation to me. I do feel bad for those kids though. I hope they wind up in a situation that's best for them considering the circumstances. They've lost their mother already...now if it DOES turn out the father was involved they'll effectively have lost both parents. Let me know if I can do anything inluvwithdisney...I'm relatively local, too, being in HR.

That's really sad! You always hear about things like this on the news, but you never think it will happen to someone you know. My thoughts and prayers are with the family & friends of that poor woman, especially the kids. They're going to need all the love and support they can get.

Keep us updated, and let us know if you decide to take up a collection or anything. I'll be glad to help anyway I can.

It is one of the most awful things on earth to me when two people who used to love each other get to the point where one would actually kill the other (if he is guilty). It seems like they would love their kids more than to take a parent from them. These children are in my prayers. :cry:

Unfortunately, when a womans body is found, it does, too frequently, turn out to be the husband or boyfriend. :devil
And it's true, you can't help but wonder what happened to change the emotion from love to hatred so intense it results in murder. :nooo:
