I would probably just book on an airline's website. The fares are usually the same and you are protected more I think if you flight is cancelled or something like that.

I usually buy tickets on expedia.com but I just purchased some on cheap tickets because they had the best airfare for my destination. Personally I can never find what I'm looking for for a decent price on travelocity and expedia is great but lately very expensive!
