No dumb questions???

OK, we are getting down to the wire on our first trip to WDW.

We have Isabel closing in on us. I have to put all deck, patio and lawn stuff away, secure whatever might blow away, and the wife asked my to post this (now)so here goes........................................

Are traveler checks good through out WDW. Restaurants, gift shops, parks, hotels, ect.........................................

I told her that I was pretty sure they would be, but we just wanted to ask the experts out here ( we don't get out much :whistle: )

yes travelers checks are good anywhere cash is excepted they are like cash

As tiggerlover said Disney gladly accepts traveler's checks. They also accept credit cards (V,M,D,A and Disney CC), Disney dollars and good ol' cash (my personal favorite:D ). Good luck with Isabel. I hope you and yours get through it unharmed and your property in tact. No one is allowed to get hurt this close to a Disney trip anyway right? Isn't that a commandment or a law or something?:)

We used American Express travelers checks this past summer w/no problems at all!!

I thought (knew) they would be ok to use.

We also have plenty of plastic for back up. Paid cash for this trip, maybe next one will be plastic
