Sea of Yellow?

I heard on the news that DW is changing from yellow rain gear to clear. I always thought it was cool to see all the yellow. We always brought clear with us so we could tell each other apart from the crowd. Guess we will have to switch to yellow!

I am so glad to hear this. I am always scared for the little ones who look up to find a parent only to see a sea of yellow and no parent. That has to be so scary for the kids (and some grown ups, too!) Good for Disney!!

However, I am glad we have our yellow ones from years ago since they are changing.

You are right on track DisneyTeacher. The report said they were changing due to numerous request that all the yellow made it too easy to loose your family!

I am hoping for this same luck myself. But, I think I will pack them just in case cause nothings going to slow me down!

When I was there in August (it POURED every day...thanks for rubbing it in about your great weather, Dznygrl!!! :dazed ) they were startiing to sell them then. Mostly everyone had the yellow ones on, but there were a bunch here and there with the clear ones. I thought those were great!!! ;)

Am I the only one who thought that the "Sea of Yellow" was something else? Or is it just that changing diapers and potty training has my mind focussed on other things?

Actually, I am hoping that they still have the yellow ones this week because my son is going to want his poncho to look just like Mommy's.

As for the weather, for the moment they are predicting rain for the next 9 days in Orlando. Still hoping for the best though and mid-afternoon short cloudbursts don't bother me too much.

I always enjoyed the sea of yellow. We always brought our own which were orange to stand out, but I always felt for the folks who had on the blue Universal rain gear. Just kinda looked like an apple in the orange crate.

Yeah, Kim it did pour everyday. Kinda like late afternoon until evening...steady rain!!!!
I brought a bunch of the clear ones from Walmart. We actually only had to use them one day and my DD complained that she wanted the yellow one with Mickey on it. Hey, I only paid 86 cents for ours!!!!!;)
