Disney Visa Perks?

Hey guys! My parents and I are new Disney Visa holders! Yea!! lol. Time to start spending some money to save for a Disney vacation! Lol. I had a question though to ask you guys. Are there any special perks given to Disney visa cardholders like discounts on resorts or anything else disney? I remember seeing some kind of discount alittle while ago, will Disney make this a usual benifit? Thanks for any help!
Joe:)

Joe, yes, Disney has a bunch of specials for card holder, both at the theme parks and on mercandise. Have your parents go to http://www.bankone.com/disney and register, and once they are registered, they will be able to see all the current and any new perks available.

Unfortunately, there are not perks like there are/were for Disney Club members. No meal discounts. No hotel discounts. They seem to have some packages and little things available, but so far nothing too exciting. There is a package that they are running now where a child goes for free or gets $100 credit or some such thing, not sure of the specifics.

The biggest benefit seems to be that 1% that you get back in Disney money.

If anybody else is aware of something else, I would love to hear it too.

Thanks for the site and the info Mickeymamma! I was hoping that disney would keep some of the discounts from the Disney Club for the Visa. We plan on making alot with that 1%! lol ;)
