What's the News for January
I know there is a website somewhere that tells you what's going to be opened or closed each month, but I'm never good at remembering this sort of thing. Can someone tell me? or does anyone know the news for January? Thanks.

Llama,
I have been checking and rechecking just like Santa. I only have seen that Alien Encounter (which we knew about). wdwig.com and the official disney.com has lists of all attractions that are going to be done and which months. If I get a whiff of anything different, you will be the first person I tell.:D

Thanks Dana - all I've seen is Alien Encounter, too. Maybe we'll be very, very lucky. (You sure need it today). But - I just had a thought. I see that you posted that RnR is your favourite ride. It's mine too. Maybe we could meet at 4:30 and then, say, just wander over to RnR.....
As well, I remember you saying that Sara wouldn't do TOT. Well, Emily also refuses to do it, so, if after RnR, we maybe wandered over to TOT, we could leave Em with Sara and well, you know....

We can definately do that!!! I can definately get to MGM by 3:30pm. We have to iron this all out. First thing is first....what is your first name? I can hardly run across the park screaming Llama , is that you? :laugh :laugh Have you called for any of your Ps's yet or are waiting until the 2nd to make all of them? Tell me all your plans. I am going to make my PS for borwn derby on 11/2 and then the rest of them on the 6th. Here's a run down of our plans.
My flight gets in at 1pm. I expect to be checked in and at the park by 3:30. 1/30 - Dinner with you at Brown Drby & Fantasmic! 1/31 - Breakfast at Crystal Palace Dinner at Chef Mickey's 2/1 - Breakfast at Hollywood and Vine 2/2 - Breakfast at Ankershus Lunch at LeCellier 2/3 - breakfast at Breakfastsaurus 2/4 - Breakfast at Boma I didn't plan that many meals this trip. I don't expect major crowds so I figure we can make some plans when we get down there. Talk to you soon. Thanks for your help today. Your friendship is a gift.

Actually, I would love to see you running all over the park shouting "Llama, Llama" (wouldn't you be embarrassed if that was REALLY my name - maybe my parents are from Peru).
No, my name is Janice. I always forget to write that on any posts. I thought that I would wait until the 2/ll to make my PS. You are much more organized than me. I was just going to make one for the Crystal Palace and one for the Brown Derby. It's just that we never know what we're doing on any given day. (I feel so inferior here - everyone else has their time planned to the second). Also, because we always have a suite and my husband, Neil (aka Hockey Boy) HATES restaurants, I do some cooking. Nice holiday. But, I've never had any problem getting PS (usually on the same day). Of you restaurants, I've only eaten at LeCellier which we LOVED

Janice,
I the only meals I usually plan are the character meals because I don't want the left over times. I like to have my choice of time. I usually try for an 7:45am breakfast and then I am in the park and ready to go before open. It's a sneaky way to get in early and be at the front of the rope drop. You are plenty organized. You also have had the pleasure of going in the secret off-time and all these Ps's I'm making may not be necessary. Peru? You're funny. I have actually laughed for the first time today. Thanks Janice.

Nice holiday. But, I've never had any problem getting PS (usually on the same day). I think Le Cellier is a great choice. We Loved it. Even Neil. I ate dinner a Akershus - it wasn't great, but you're going for the Princess Breakfast, so that should be fine. We've gone in Jan. and Feb. the last two years and have had no problem at all with the crowds. So that would be great if we could meet up. 4? 4:30? If you have a problem with that you could always call me at OKW or I could check that you had checked in at AK. O.K. now I'm really getting excited. RnR! Yes! (someday I should grow up). Hope you're feeling a little better tonight. It'll take some time to get back to normal, but it helps to keep a little distracted, doesn't it. If I helped a little today, it was my pleasure. That's what is so wonderful about this site! The caring is unbelievable!:heart :heart So any time you want to talk just let me know. ![]()

Don't you dare ever grow up. Who wants to be an adult all the time. WDW is for being a kid. No adults allowed. 4pm sounds great. We'll iron all the details out. I am so excited about this trip now. Talk to you soon.

Dana - I am practising my curtsey as I type.
Glad it's a little better today. Never question what you did. It was the right thing to do. Even Sara realizes this. I'm glad she had a little cry and didn't think she had to be too brave for you. It's important for her to mourn too. I know you still have that sad, empty feeling. Nothing seems quite real. But, slowly, it will pass. Try to keep busy. It's easy to be a friend to someone who shares so many things in common, even miles and miles apart. Close you eyes and think of that first RnR rush!! :laugh Janice
