Guess who I saw twisting on stage with Chubby Checker?
JOANNE's husband Joe!!(Sorry I don't remember your screen name!!). Yesterday(Nov.15th) I was at Epcot to see Chubby Checker and to meet JOANNE and her husband,preidel24 and jcm(don't remember the rest of your username,sorry Judy). I can say that I had a great time and the best part of it was meeting the people from here! It is always so great to put a face to a name and actually talk to the person you exchange messages with. Paula,from what you said about concierge service,it sounds great!! I'm looking forward to reading your full report of it. JOANNE,I hope your daughter is okay,no long-term effects from her car accident. Judy,I hope you had fun camping the rest of the week. Joe,you were great dancing on stage with Mr. Checker. I think it was great that he invited people to come on stage to dance the twist with him. Boy,he can sure wiggle his you-know-what!!!(both Chubby and Joe!!:D :D )

Like Lauren, I want to see the pictures and hear every juicy detail. You guys sound like you had a blast. It must have been very cool to meet up with some of our DC family.

Yes,we had a great time! We all had group shots taken with our cameras. I'm just glad that the others had digital cameras because I have no idea how to put an image on the internet even if I had a digital camera.

It was so great meeting Mickaholic, Joe, Joanne and Judy. My only regret is I didn't have more time to socialize. I had my DS's with me, we had just left the Garden Grill Ice Cream social and were heading home to change for our PS (2nd time) atCape May Cafe. I did get a picture it should be back on the 19th and I promise to post it ASAP. Thanks Mickaholic for inviting all of us for a mini-meet.

How wonderful that y'all got to meet... I know I am looking forward to the picture... Its great to finally put names with faces... I have met Phantom Bantam and Willbegone and am looking forward to meeting several others on my trip to NYC in 3 weeks. It would be great if others would try to get together even if its just for a quick hello... after all, we're like family!!!
