Yay its Christmastime !!!!!
Yay !!! its starting to feel like Christmas for me I went shopping this weekend and got four inexpensive gifts for Richard ( I cant say what they are because he is a DC member and might be looking even though he doesnt post) This weekend we will get our Christmas stuff out of storage We also went and bought our tree this last weekend . I hate having a fake one but with me starting with allergies that I have never had before thought it was better then ending up in the hospital . We actually got a great price for the tree spent less then we would have if we bought a real one. We bought it at Michaels craft store this last weekend. In the paper they had a coupon for 50 dollars off so it was a tree that was originally 149 marked down with the coupon to 99 dollars then my dh got a 50 dollar AE gift check for a contest he didnt know about at work that he won so the tree came down to 55 dollars how can you beat that !!!!

Cheryl,
The Disney Resorts were all decked out for Christmas already it was so cool. The park weren't decorated yet. Next time I'd love to go around Christmas. That's the great thing about going in Nov we see the decoration at Disney. Come home and decorate our home. Thanksgiving is next week so we have family and friends around and Christmas shopping, parties ETC... It really cuts down on the effect of PDD because we're too busy to think about missing disney. We leave for WDW in 17 days and it will be all decked out for Christmas. I think that is one of my most fav. thing about WDW this time of year. It really gets me in the Christmas mood. I just can't wait. I have only 9 days of work left and am counting every moment down. Christmas at WDW here I come:D
:heart :) :) :heart Becca

I've always wanted to see WDW at Christmas time! It's my favourite holiday and I just can't imagine how wonderful WDW would be! Last January we caught the tail end of some of the Christmas trees. The one at AK was especially great. To all of you going at this time - have a wonderful trip at a very special time of year.

Great deal Cheryl!
MickeyMac, now you have me a little sad to miss the holiday decorations at Disney. We are hoping to go for a day or 2 in January when we are visiting with family in FL, but I haven't been there to seen the decorations in ages! Oh Waaaaaaa! I will have to live vicariously through everybody's pictures.

MM, talk about sad... I'm right there with ya! I'm so pathetic I had the kids pull out the Disney houses so I could turn the lights on and off and on and off and on and off... (mac stares wistfully at them, wanting to go play at Disney next week)
Maybe we should start a holiday photo thread so we can get those excited about going, even more jazzed up, and those that are not going, wistfully going in spirit? ...or, we could fully sabotage poor TiggerLover's thread... :D

WOW, Disney must be soooo beautiful during the holidays!
Hey, I'm with MM--I'm great with kids and I pack light! :D Any takers??I'm so excited that it's Christmastime as well. Already pulled out the Christmas music, and last Saturday while the family was cleanin' out the garage together, we decided "What the heck" and put up our outside Christmas lights. They're not on, of course...we don't turn them on until Thanksgiving evening. But it was fun to put them up together. Last night Ryan and I spent the evening listening to Christmas music, just hanging out and it was so wonderful. He was on the couch reading his firefighting information, and I was on the floor putting together a Mickey Mouse puzzle...made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. To be doing absolutely nothing productive, and loving every second of it. We've had pretty stormy weather lately, too, which made it all the cozier!

Ok--anyone who wants to go with me--I leave in 17 days can go with me--I need a nanny--only one problem that you might have--I have no children. I do have a Pal Mickey that needs a nanny though. Anyone up to that? Can't pay anything, you have to pay your own way there but can guarantee a GREAT time with 6 fun loving adults and a Pal Mickey. Just let me know if your upto the job.
Becca

Count me in! :laugh I'll baby-sit a Pal Mickey any day! And like I said in the other thread, Becca, you and I are due for a ToT spree...
OK, here's the part where I get sad and remember I'm not really going with you...
