MouseFest 2003 was great!!!

It was really nice meeting everyone on Saturday at the Mega Mouse meet and after the Candlelight Processional. It's just too bad that they wouldn't let us do our picture in the rotunda of The American Adventure. I hope that someone will post their picture on the site of all of us. I hope to see you all on your next trip.

Okay. At one o'clock was the Mega Mouse meet in the Dolphin hotel with all the web sites and guide book authors. It was nice meeting Scott(Turnwrench),who runs Mouseketrips with Mickey (Keith),and my favorite guidebook author Bob Sehlinger. After that I went to the Candlelight Processional, which was wonderful as usual. Then Scott,Cheryl(Tiggerlover),Roncss,Goofygal1975(Heat her)and her son Brandon, and my mother and i met outside the entrance to The American Adventure(oh,also Cheryl's hisband and Scott's wife) for a group photo. They wouldn't let us inside to the rotunda because there was a private(read mega-bucks)party in there. It was really nice seeing everyone and putting a face to a name.

You guys are so lucky. It must have been so great to meet up like that. Alma - there is a group shot of you guys in Heahter's trip report. She has all of her photos downloaded. It was great to see a picture of you all and put the names with the faces.

I have a question. Overall, did you find the crowds happier to be there, the same, or grouchier? I just wondered with the internet groups--do they have higher standards and less patience if something went wrong, or were they more forgiving?

I didn't find anyone to be grouchier. To me they all looked happy to be at Mousefest.

I meant compared to crowds that are usually there. I know I would have LOVED to have been there.

Maybe mousefest people on the whole are perkier!:D

I agree with Mick and T/L; just more great WDW oriented folks happy to see on another. It was great to see everyone.
Here is another shot of our Mini Meet and Greet afterward.
Same cast, Ron, Mickaholic, her mom, with Scott behind, Cheryl's husband Richard, Cheryl, Heather, and Brandon.
:) Ron:)

COLD??? Heck yes, it was cold!! And the wind was about 10 to 15 mph. I'm amazed you poor ladies from Florida held up as well as you did. Scott and I had to come back to the mountains to warm up.:D :D :D
DW and I had the dinner package at Chefs de France. It was good (not great, but good) Dinner was about 2 hours long and we watched Illuminations as we moved toward the front gate. One highlight was we got to see and speak to the actor Ernie Hudson, of "Ghostbusters" fame. He came in and had a quick dinner and was left completely alone (which was amazingly polite of everyone). After dinner, he walked through the entire restaurant and said "Hi" to everyone, so it was neat.
