Did anyone watch the Disney Christmas special on the Travel Channel?

Last night? It really made me excited for our trip in January! Even though we won't get to see all the wonderful decorations...I was thrilled to watch it start to finish! LOL And then to top it off they had the Cruise Line show right after. My dh was

at me all night long!!

We watched it!!! I loved the show. Sam Brown is so funny!!:laugh

I have been trying to convince my wife that we need to go during the slow time between Thanksgiving and Christmas. We typically go in June. Well, last nights show convinced her!!! She said, "I think we need to go during Christmas". I said, "That's a great idea sweety!!! I'm glad you thought of that!!!". It's best when it's her idea.;)

So, I guess we will change our plans to December 2004, instead of June 2004!!!!

I watched it from beginning to end and throughly enjoyed it! What a dream job Sam has!

I too loved the show. They did not show MGM much, and that is my favorite park in christmastime. I guess because Osborne lights are shut down for this year. Still, the greenery around the park is mostly decorated with vintage hollywood ornaments, and I think it is just charming.

If you have a chance to go then rlander, then go! It is not hot, and just perfect with all of the decorations.

Of coarse we watched. Snugged in with a fire in the fireplace and hot tea in hand. DD wanted to know if we could switch to this year, LOL. I told her that this way next year will be even better. Way more time for her to save for pins.

We really enjoy Sam's perspective. We loved when she went with the family to EPCOT. :D

Now I'm off to wrap and finich a gift I'm making.

I wish Sam did the resort in room WDW tips show instead of the Sam want a be Chrissa.They must of filmed that when we where there the first week of December.Im sure the so called family and soccer players where actors,but I still liked the show.Cant believe they didnt show the Poly or Contemporary?

I saw part of it last night. I caught the repeat at midnight, but fell asleep. Luckily, I taped it just in case.

Now I can get my Disney Holiday fix whenever I need it!

I caught bits and pieces of it since I was watching Survivor. I told my daughter at the end of the show that it's a good thing we already have reservations for later this month! If not, I'd probably be planning an impromptu trip! :D

Jeff, I'm so glad you talked her into that! We *love* going then, have done it a couple of times, and really enjoy the energy. Although last night when we were watching it, DH kept saying 'why don't we ever spend Christmas there?" DUH! Cuz it's *packed!* LOL!

Also wanted to say, don't cancel your June plans, just buy Annual Passes and go twice! You should get good savings enough to warrant both. :D

We caught it and were amazed at the things we missed when we were there. DH is working on taking 12/20 off so we can shoot up the road to catch all the missed fun.

Yeahhhhhh! I was so upset until I finally read this post... I missed it obviously! However, I did catch the show about the Cruise! Geeman they showed the dinning room that goes from b/w to color!! How cool is that! I will have to put this show in my daytimer!

We watched it!! It was so nice to look back on all the things we did 2 weekends ago! She should have come along with us. We didjust about everything she did!! I tried to tape it but i ran out of room on the tape. I'll have to go buy a new one for all the new disney travel channel shows that are on and try to catch it when its on again. I thought it showed that it was going to be on 12/25 at around 7-9pm??? not sure of the exact time.
