Any ideas??

I hope somone can give me some ideas!!

I am making Christmas stockings for my parents. I am trying to fill it with things they may need for our April trip to WDW. I already have a small battery operated fan and a card game. I was thinking of getting them some film for their cameras and a rain poncho. Can anyone think of anything else I could put in it? I still have not finished my shopping yet so I can still get things for them.

Any input is greatly appreciated (sp?? that's a hard word! :dazed )

Thanks, Jennifer

How about some small size sunscreen, ibuprofen, eye drops, gum, band aids, maybe even some moleskin for blisters (hopefully they won't need to use them) These are just a few things I always have in my bag when we go!! Happy planning.

Thanks you guys!! I didn't think of any of those things. They will definatly need sun screen, my Dad is ALWAYS misplacing his glasses and my Mom has a bad knee and a flashlight could help "light her way" back to their room so she won't trip.

I always get these ideas in my head then I try to do them and get stuck!! I guess I am not that creative.

Any more ideas........anyone? :wow:

Thanks again!

Jennifer :)

How about either:

a) a copy of one of the park guides (Birnbaum, Passporter, etc...)

OR

a hand made list of MUST-SEE attractions, along with a MAP of the park and a trajectory, so that they can plan their trip before they get there and make the most of it.

OK I'm the gag king around here when it comes to gifts so here goes:
Anythhing from Dr. Scholls! Corn pads, gel inserts anything that will make the feet feel good!

Water bottles (Brita used to make sports bottles with little filters on top)

Fanny packs

Mickey and or Minnie hats

Sunblock

Disney Dollars

Disney bathing suits

personal communicators (Motorola makes the neatest Mickey Mouse walkie talkies and they are good for up to two miles!)

We always carry an umbrella in our fanny packs. They make the ones now that are only about 6 inches long and don't take up much room. My DH doesn't like to wear the ponchos because they can get hot and they are hard to deal with after the rain stops. Also, you might see about getting a lanyard with the card holder for park passes and room keys.

MickeyRon - Yes! Pal Mickey would be cute! We bought one for my DGF's folks to carry around and they had a blast with it. She said her dad kept having it tell jokes and playing the games, and they were very interested in his cute facts about each attraction. (Her dad is a huge Mickey fan) They received a lot of attention from CM's, too.
BTW- he's not that big, he'd fit in a stocking, I think.
