Since I can't sleep very well, I figured I'd take advantage and get some DC work done ;)

Those wishing to attend the Meet & Greet on February 13-16 at WDW who made reservations for CBR should contact Disney group sales at 407-939-7180. You should identify yourself as DC Meet & Greet and will be asked to place at least a $109.27 deposit which is the cost of a room for one night including taxes. You will need to pay the remainder of $218.54 when you check-in.

PLEASE let me know if there are any problems or concerns as soon as possible. I know several of you have contacted me privately and I indicated that we would wait and see closer to time. PLEASE do not be shy about asking me about anything. I want to make this as comfortable for everyone as possible.

Thanks so much for your patience on this... Its hard to believe that its only 8 weeks away! I am very much looking forward to a great time with my fellow DCers. ;)

Since dznygrl and I are sharing a room,how should we handle who pays? Should we each call the number and say we are sharing and we want to split the deposit? Also,when is the deposit due by?

I just spoke with Lisa at Disney Group sales. I was under the impression that the reservation was already made in my and Kimberly's name. I was very surprised to learn that what was down was a 10 room block and that each person had to call in and make their own reservation out of that 10-room block and pay the deposit. I guess if I had really been thinking I would have figured out that. I just wanted to put a heads-up to anyone else whose brain cells were temporarily out to lunch!!:D :D :D
