LEIGH & disneymaverick
I was wondering if anyone has heard from LEIGH or disneymaverick? LEHIGH was having surgery on the 20th and disneymaverick on the 23rd. I hope that all went well with the both of them.

Thank you so much for thinking of me
i appreaciate it! i am doing ok they found some complications in the xray before surgery so i am going for another cat scan on thursday they said i have alot of calcification in my ribs (which i have alot of pain in daily) and they want to do more tests. I am only 30 and they only see that kind of problem in older people. but i have been training so hard for my tri athalon that i am afriad i might of caused my body some damage. so we shall see that you for the pixie dust i will keep you all up to date i just wish i was in disney right now!!!

Good luck disneymaverick, I hope everything turns out ok for you.
My DSIL has over trained and has had some problems due to that too. I know it is hard to slow down but your body may need a rest. Take it easy and rest, you need to.

Although my DH is much older than you Disneymaverick he has overtrained many times for 10k races. I hope that the doctors are able to help you so you may keep training as I know it must mean a lot to you.
