for the meet-n-greet? Also,where and what time will people be meeting at AK on Friday? If people want to have lunch at Flametree,great!! I will probably be bringing my own lunch that day to save money,but if you are paying cash,I will "buy" the lunch for you with my Disney's Dining Experience Card for the 20% discount. I'm so looking forward to meeting everyone,and seeing people again.

My family and I will arrive late on Wednesday night. We will definitely be eating at Flametree on Friday. Maybe those who are going to be at AK on Friday would like to meet at some point that morning??? Anyway, I will provide a cell number to those going. It is my plan that everyone will pick up a packet when they check-in with the exception of Amy since she is arriving early... I'll just wake her up when I get there on Wed night..;)

We plan on getting there around 11am. (want to miss the morning rush hour traffic so we will leave at 9am). Not sure yet if we plan on going to AK or not. We may just hang around and look at the resort until dinner time!! Cant wait to meet ya'll!! If we do make it to AK, i have cheryls cell #, I'll call!!

Since I am staying off site,I plan on leaving my house as early as I can,check in to my hotel,and come to Disney. I think it would be great if those of us arriving early Friday morning picked a time or place to meet so we can then decide what to do until we all meet for our welcome dinner at Ohana's. What do you think of that?

I wish I could, but we have a PS for lunch at Sci-Fi that day.

I'm still unsure wether I will be going to school Friday. Scenario one is if I don't have any tests and can miss school then We will be leaving at about 10am and arriving in "the world" by 1:30ish. If I have to go to school (which is most likely becuase My history teacher gives quizes practically every day and his make-ups are essays:nooo: ) then my mom will pick me up early at about 11 or 12 and will will get to the Pop Century at about 3:30 - 4. We wont have time to make to AK obviously, but we will have about an hour to relax before heading to the the Poly for O'hanas!!! Im so excited! I hope we all have rooms close to each other! Wouldn't it be cool if we were all "magically" placed in the same building? lol. Joe:)

DW and I plan to be at Flame Tree for lunch on Friday. We'll probably make the long 15-mile journey so we arrive right around 12:30 or so.

I will be arriving at my resort on Thursday night, and I too will be staying off site Mickaholic. I won't be getting a packet until I meet up with everyone for dinner.

I won't be able to take advantage of EE priveleges at AK that morning, since we are not staying onsite :(. Unless I can tag along with someone else...how does that work? Do they check EVERYONE's room key? Clearly, not everyone carries their room keys with them. Right? Or I might just try to get breakfast at AK early, so I will be there with all the other fellow Meet & Greet-ers.

I have never tried flametree...is it good? What time does everyone plan on doing flametree that day? Let me know and I will try to make it! ;)

I think the plan is to meet at the flame tree at 1:30 pm but if I am wrong I think Anne will correct me ;) :D :laugh :)

Flame tree barbeque is really good. I love their ribs and the seasoned fries and onion rings.

Kim, I have been there when they have been checking everyone for resort ID. At Epcot in July I saw several people who were turned away because they didn't have resort ID cards. I did see them checking at others parks as well but didn't see anyone w/o ID cards. I am sure they do not check everyone every day but I have see CM check everyone in a line. Sorry, I wish I had better news.:cry:
