Favorite Disney Classic Sequel
Let's face it, when it comes to sequels to the classics Disney has been less than favorable. Yet they keep selling and we keep watching. A few of these sequels have been better than average, but which one was the best. Vote on up to three of your favorites and let's see which ones are considered watchable at least.
In order to vote multiple times you must select your three votes before submiting your choice.

Oddly enough, I have not seen any of these movies. I guess I am an original woman!
LOLBut we are going to get Lion King 1 1/2 next week because DS loves to watch Timon and Pumbaa.

I like Jungle Book 2, Return to Neverland, Tarzan and Jane, and Stitch The Movie, but I voted for:
1) Lady and the Tramp 2 - The original is my favorite Disney movie and I really liked the "other side" of the story they tried to present here. There's been comic books about Scamp down here, but it was never mentioned how Tramp was adapting to the domestic life. More than a sequel, this was a hamage to the original movie, and it's feel was perfectly recreated. My only complaint is that you don't get to see much of the girls, and that would have been good. Also, too many Junkyard Dogs and not enough time to develop them. 2) 101 Dalmatians 2 - Like LatT 2, it was a homage to the original. Focusing on one pup, they were able to create a totally original story, probably one of the more originals of the DTV sequels. And you just gotta love Cruella. :bandit 3) Atlantis 2 - I didn't catch Atlantis in theaters, and after I watched it on DVD I decided not to buy it. It wasn't bad, but I felt there were too many characters and not enough development. By the end of the movie, you can't keep track of everybody and people keep popping up where they weren't just a second before. But after a series of coincidences, I ended up getting it as a gift, and the more I watch it, the more I like it, because I have enough time to pay attention to specific characters after the third or fourth viewing. Now the sequel, which is really the first three episodes of the never-released TV series, is one heck of a good movie! Each episode focus on a certain character and you get a small dose of his or her backstory prior to the original movie. And the seris itself would have been a cross of Scooby-Doo and the X-Files. It'd have done WONDERS for the original movie had it been actually greenlighted, because it'd do good on its own and then people would go back for the original flick.

Personally I didn't care for any of them. They just didn't seem to hold my attention.
