Nice observation
This was the first trip that I have noticed so many Disney cast members with physical disabilities. I think it is great that Disney is starting to see the light! :)

I agree. I've noticed that Disney has no problems hiring disabled, or elderly people, and I think this is great. Just another reason to love Disney.
