when do you get to change status?

i noticed that when some DC members hit a certain amount of posts, they get to personalize their status, for example, tinkerbell is a neverland tour guide. i was just wondering when do you get to change your status and how? thanks in advance to those who reply.

At 1500 you get to choose a title. Mickey lets you do it.
