The only times I have ever gone invisible is when there's been a troll around (back in the good ol' M_M days and whatnot...). I would go invisible just when I wanted to read the drama and not get involved!

Oh, and I went invisible a lot during the days when Cavey and I were being...er...bugged by a crazy person.

I go invisible on some forums like a the car forums I frequent. There are a lot of young nerds running around there looking for trouble and I just don't feel like being bothered.

I am often in Invisible mode, because I like to sit here in my boxers and browse around MB. And me in my boxers is not a pretty site, so I remain invisible.
