Is Mickey on Vacation?

I had sent Mouseketrips an email and never heard back and then I sent Mickey a pm and he has not responded yet either. Is he away and I missed that?

Mickey's in Europe. I've had an issue unresolved for about four days now and no one wants to answer my question. We leave Wednesday.

I've had that same problem. I sent him an email but never heard back.

Maybe they should send automatic replies explaining what's going on in their office, so people don't worry about their trips.

Isn't there someone else in office that could take over his files while he is away? I used to be a travel agent before I had my son, and before I left for vacation I always left my files with the other agent to handle questions, emails, payments, etc while I was away.

I'm also expecting a reply to an email I sent within the last week, but it's not urgent. I would be very frustrated if it were, though.

You might try PMing Turnwrench (Scott, I believe, who works with Mickey???).

My issue isn't critical but could have been cleared up with a simple phone call to Disney Travel, because I went through a travel agent they said there was nothing they could do for me directly.

Mickey is gone and SCOTT is holding down the fort! If you call there is another number on the voicemail to call Scott. He has been great for me so maybe you can try him.

Keith said Scott was supposed to be looking into it, but that was days ago. It's just not worth having to hound down someone for a simple answer.

keith returned my email today (I emailed it late last night). I'm sorry you guys are having some communication trouble. I was just saying to DH how awesome Keith has been, and how happy I am we are working with them this trip. hope you all get it worked out soon!

Turnwrench is keith's partner and fantastic to deal with. It's quite possible that he hasn't seen keith's emails. Please do try emailing turnwrench. I am certain he will help in any way that he can. As I said above, he is a pleasure to deal with.

its not a critical task or anything- I just wanted to add one night to our trip and was not sure if we could since we have free dining.

Not positive on that or not. You may be able to add the night, but not be able to get the dining...seperate reservation worse case scenerio. Call scott. He can help.

that was what I was wondering- I hate that seperate ressie thing since they have been known to make us change rooms or mess us up entirely!
