How come...
Ok, I think I know the answer but I will ask anyways
Why isn't there an off topic section. I know I know...beacause it is a disney site, but for example I saw someones signature and want to say something about it. (positive of course) Or I want to know if anyone plays games online (pogo) or whats the weather like where you live today, just wanting to get to know people better.
