I see some Mbers have a pic or banner in their signature. Where and how can I do this?

It is in the User CP under the signature link found on the left side. Scroll down to the bottom of the signature page and upload a pic in the box.

You may need to take some stuff out of your signature to stay close to the guidelines. It's 3 lines if you have a countdown. We don't say much about it unless you are crazy over and a picture might send you over the edge. You have a least 7 lines and a countdown plus large font.
I know I'm over the limit so I don't say much about it unless it involves large font.

As far as I see you only have 5 lines with a countdown, and it's small print. I think yours is perfect.
