We went for our honeymoon in 2006 and loved loved loved it. We loved trying all the snacks from other countries and everything was reasonably priced. Also, October is a gorgeous time of year to go. It's a nice temperature AND all the Halloween festivities are going on.

Yes! All the items at the booth are one snack credit. We saved most of our snack credits for our "eating around the world" day. We bought one thing from almost every country and split it.

Food and Wine Festival definitely draws crowds. We have been there the past two years, and it has been crowded, especially Thursday - Sunday.

Disney tells me, and only me because I am your king, (another King Julian impression) that my, King Julian's snack and CS credits will work. And that is because I am a freak.

Seriously? It will depend on what you are scarfing down.

Re: Food & Wine Festival 2009

DH has suggested a trip (without kids!) for a weekend away this year, and this would be the perfect time for us! So excited - finally get to start planning a trip to WDW again!

There are small booths set up all around World Showcase. They have ones representing the countries in WS and then probably about 10 other countries not normally featured in WS. When we went there were countries such as Australia, South Africa, Greece, Ireland..etc..etc. Each booth has two-three small portions of food for you to try along with 1-2 alcoholic beverages. The prices range between 3-6 dollars each and you can use a snack credit for them as well. There are also a lot of different presentations that change from year to year. When we were there in 06 there was a Twining's Tea Tasting along with some sort of Chocolate exhibit. It was really a great time and we LOVED going. I'd suggest exploring WS during the week. The weekends tended to get a little crowded.
