New Forum Rules
As you may have noticed, there is a new announcement in each forum that outline the forum rules here at DisneyCentral. I would like each of you to take some time to read the new rules, so that you get acquainted them.

I was notified that some members have written Michael Darling concerning the rules. I have not seen the information sent to him, I was only notified that there were some concerns. I have re-written some of the rules, and would like to get everyone's feedback concerning the rules.
I introduced these rules so that when we have a problem on the board, we will have something to point to that indicates why it is a problem. I want these rules to be fair and something that we all can live with every day. I think we have a great group of people here, and I don't want it to turn into a pre-teen hangout, somewhere where we don't want to visit anymore. So, if you have any suggestions, I would like to hear them. Please post them below. If you feel something is too harsh, or if I forgot something, please let me know. I am totally open to changing the current rules if you disagree with what is posted. But I can't do that unless you let me know. |

Thank you, Mickey. I have to admit, at times, some postings were causing me concern but the rules have addressed all of that so we should be able to continue the wonderful DC site the way it was meant to be! :) :) :)

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that you were offending or attacking someone, just that the post would be considered an inside joke. Sorry, my fault.
As I have said, I am completely open to changing the rules as the members see fit, within means, of course. If others don't mind threads that contain inside jokes, then we will look at changing the wording in the rules.

Rules
Hi Mickey,
As I am relatively new to this site I just wanted to say that I think the rules are very fair. I have seen some other sites which I will not mention which have turned into (as you would say) pre teen hangouts where all the talk seems to be centred around a latest boyfriend etc. I sometimes wonder if I am asking too many questions or posting in the wrong places, but then again the site is very well organised and easy to navigate. Liz :D
